What if I need to cancel a class?
For your convenience and the courtesy of others, classes may be canceled up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a late cancellation fee/loss of class.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class so we can get you checked in, show you around, and introduce you to your reformer!
What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle and grip socks. Don't have grip socks? We have them available for purchase in the studio.

Soul Pilates is conveniently located at 9502 Chamberlayne Road, Unit 2, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. We’re easy to find with ample on-site parking and just minutes from I-295, I-95, and Route 301.
